Dynamic volume adjustment

After PRGRSS YRSLF 1.0 already allowed for initial adjustments, version 2.0 lets you adjust the volume in 5 steps and, depending on your preference, fine-tune each individual session separately. This allows for 25 possible combinations of your training volume. Fine-tuning at its best.
